If your camera can't find Focus that simply won't fire. If you switch it to manual focus mode it will fire regardless of whether or not it's in focus.

Unfortunately, even if you do 100 crunches a day, you won't lose the fat from your belly. The only way you can lose fat from your belly is to lose fat from your entire body. Sit ups and crunches simply won't do this for you, even though I'm sure you've heard otherwise.

Coffee as well as tea. I have limited my coffee intake to one coffee per day to reduce caffein intake. And one green tea per day, besides the 3-4L of water I drink every day. It's what works best for me in keeping me healthy and feeling good. You should try it.
