At age 40, a woman may begin to notice her life is changing as her body changes along with it. She is not feeling quite old but isn't quite young. But, many women are unknowingly beginning to experience symptoms of what is referred to as perimenopause or pre-menopause.

Surely you've wondered when you will start seeing the results of your workouts: Generally you can expect to notice results after two weeks. Your posture will improve and you'll feel more muscle tone. It takes three to four months for the muscles to grow.

Lumosity is much more minimal and understated, while Elevate is colorful and loud. The difference can be seen in the app menus, but it's more noticeable in the games. The result is that Lumosity can feel like an educational tool, while Elevate is much more like a mobile game.
