1) Set small goals. Try to change too much too quick and you'll be setting yourself up for failure.
2) Walk it off.
3) Try HIIT.
4) Team player.
5) Muscle matter.

Within the first ten minutes your heart rate increases meaning there is an increased supply of blood to the brain, making you more alert, blocking pain signals and then the body will use different energy systems depending on the duration and intensity of the exercise.

1) Brush your teeth with your non-dominant hand.
2) Change up your existing routines.
3) Exercise.
4) Get out and socialize.
5) Become interested, or at the very least curious about new things.

Walking, jogging, and swimming exercise are good ones to try. Aerobic exercise works the large muscles in your body, benefitting your cardiovascular system and your weight. Work up to getting 20 or more minutes per session, 3 or 4 days a week.
