1) Upping exercise time. A lot of people still don't move enough during the day.
2) Eating well. The temptation to eat processed and convenience foods are all around us at every turn.
3) Avoid smoking and drinking.
4) Keep out the sun.
5) Keep a healthy outlook.

Yes. Make nice salads with different greens and veggies with lean meats like grilled chicken and fish. Pour some ACV, a little olive oil and maybe some pepper.
