Day 1- Chest. Incline dumbbell press – 4 sets of 8 to 10 reps.
Day 2: Back. Wide grip pull-ups – 4 sets of 10 reps.
Day 3: Shoulders. Dumbbell lateral raises – 4 sets of 12 to 15 reps.
Day 4: Arms. Standing hammer curls – 4 sets of 10 to 12 reps.
Day 5: Legs.
