The best time to workout is after eating 1 or 2 meals 3-4 hours after waking up, at 11:00–1:00 for people who wake up at 7:00. However this can be an inconvenient time. You can also Work out in the morning for a few weeks, then try noon, then early evening. It will help you in muscle gain.
